Windows 10 or 11 PCs (64-bit, Home or Pro, 8 GB of RAM or more), an internet connection, and a browser at the counter: the desk PC, a tablet or your phone. There is no server to keep in a back room and nothing to back up.

About a minute per PC: install the Clavian client, then pair it from the console with the code it shows. For founding cafes we do the setup with you, including your prices, passes and staff.

Yes. Clavian replaces it on each PC, so you can move a few PCs first and the rest once you are happy. We help founding cafes set up their prices, passes and staff in Clavian.

At launch, cash and UPI at the counter, rung up in the till. Online payments, player wallets and topping up from the PC or a phone go live in Q1 2027.

No, GST is optional. Not registered? Leave it off, and every sale gets a simple bill with no tax on it. Registered? Add your GSTIN, and every sale gets a GST invoice numbered for the financial year, refunds become credit notes, and takings by tax category are one export away for your accountant.

Yes. Passes for any number of hours, limited to the hours you choose (say, 10 pm to 6 am) and the PC classes you choose, with member prices if you want them. A player’s time works on any PC in your cafe and carries over to their next visit.

Yes. Every comp, refund, discount and price change is logged with who did it and when, and you set how much each cashier may comp. Each shift closes with the cash counted against what the till expected.

Players keep playing. Each PC holds a signed record of the time it has been given and enforces it on its own. You choose what happens next: lock straight away, run to the end of the paid time, or keep going and settle up when the connection is back.

That is the first thing we test. Players get a locked-down Windows account with no desktop, Task Manager, settings or USB storage, and every session is cleaned up when it ends, so the next player cannot get into anyone’s accounts. Every release is tested against known escape tricks on Windows 10 and 11.

They are billed the same way. PS5s, Xboxes, sim rigs, VR and even pool tables are started and stopped by staff from the console, and they sit on the live floor with your PCs.

Yes. Games update in the hours you set, so PCs are ready when players arrive, and Steam, Epic, Riot and the rest can stay signed in to your cafe’s accounts. Anything a player signs into is signed out when they leave.

With their phone: scan the QR code on the lock screen, or get a one-time code by SMS or WhatsApp. No usernames to forget. If you allow walk-ins without an account, staff sell them a ticket at the counter.

Yes. Your cafe’s name, logo and colours are on every lock screen and, later, in the player app. Clavian stays in the corner.

Yes, if you need it. Set a minimum age and turn on ID checks, and each player is verified once: by staff at the counter, or by the player on their phone.

In India, on servers in Bengaluru. The database itself keeps your cafe’s data apart from every other business, and any report exports to Excel or CSV whenever you want it.

Yes, from one account. Set rules once for all your cafes, change them per cafe where you need to, and give each staff member access only to the cafes they work at. Head office reports across cafes arrive in December 2026.
